These terms apply when you book a session with Steve Tata trading as Sheen Stables Massage through this website. By booking you agree to them.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. Please check the details and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.
Payment
- If you choose to pay on the day, payment is due at your session.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies.
Cancelling or moving a session
Plans change, and that is fine with enough notice. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed sessions, may be charged in full.
If we have to cancel, we will offer you another time or a full refund of anything you have paid.
Your health
Please tell us about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or medication that may be relevant before your session. Our sessions are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are unsure whether a session is right for you, please speak to your GP first.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
